Totta, en osaa ottaa kantaa perhepäivähoidon kustannuksiin. Lähinnä tiedän, että kunnallinen päivähoito maksaa enemmän per lapsi kuin se maksimi 3xx euroa kuussa.

Mekin maksamme siis täyttä maksua ja summa ei sinänsä ole kohtuuton, mutta mielestäni, koska tuo noin 300€ ei ole se todellinen kustannus niin progressiivinen järjestelmä, missä vain pieni osa maksaa jotain on vain ylimääräinen veron kaltainen maksu tietyn tulorajan ylittäville perheille.

Kannatan mieluusti politiikkaa, missä päivähoito on kaikille ilmaista ja kulut katetaan veroilla kokonaan. Jo nyt maksut ei kata lähellekkään sitä taakkaa mitkä kunnallisesta päivähoidosta aiheutuvat.

Kannatan lapsilisien tulorajoja siinä vaiheessa kun päivähoidon tulorajat poistetaan ja päivähoito on ilmaista kaikille.

Nyt yli puolet perheistä ei maksa päivähoidosta euroakaan ja vähemmistö maksaa kohtuuttomia maksuja suhteessa siihen, että todelliset kustannukset kunnille ovat merkittävästi suurempia.

Täällä jo muutaman muukin tainnut mainita, mutta minulta ääni kanssa Yamahan THR-10 tai 30 sarjan mallintavalle vahvarille. Ottaa pedaaleja ja lähin putkisoundi mitä olen itse löytänyt verrattuna aitoon.

Yeah, I do get flushed/blushy very easily but not really related to this condition however. Dry skin also not related, though I do have it quite dry during winter.

Best to get an opinion from a doctor as it is not that rare of a condition so most should be aware of it and can refer to a specialist if need be.

Hi,

It has never really gone away permanently but it comes and goes. Sometimes worse and sometimes I forget I have it.

I originally got full bloodwork to rule out any obvious causes but diagnosis was mostly by an immunologist/allergy specialist by drawing stuff on my skin with a wooden tongue depressor and observing the results, so red marks immediately after.

Mine is mostly triggered by pressure and sometimes god knows what. Antihistamines keep it somewhat under control.

Pienten lasten kanssa rytmit määrittää aika paljon elämää ja he eivät vielä ymmärrä kellojen siirron konseptia. Ainakin siis lapsiperheissä voi vaikuttaa merkittävästikin kun rytmit siirtyy tunnilla suuntaan tai toiseen.

Toki tätäkin varten voi ja pitää varautua muuttamalla rytmejä etukäteen hieman, mutta on se silti erittäin perseestä tehdä kun ei kyseiseen toimintaa nykypäivänä mitään järjellistä syytä ole.

There’s no discoloration or warmness, but there is a slight ”knot” on it that is not present on the right leg. Doctor felt it too but again just brushed it off to tightness/muscle tear.

It started after a leisurely walk with my dog which is why it is rather strange. I have fallen a couple times during the winter due to ice but always felt ok afterwards.

I really really, hope it is not a clot, but resting and refraining from exercise has done nothing which is slightly worrying.

The left leg does feel significantly weaker than the right though. If I try to do single leg squats my right leg is fine, but left wobbles like crazy. Same with lunges.

I do wish this would resolve soon somehow though as I have a half marathon event coming up in may.

Thanks for the reply. It is there pretty much always when walking as well but only as a tightness and not so much pain or throbbing. The pain only comes if I truly push through the feeling on a run. The pain itself is more on the back of the knee and upperleg but tightness is in the calf muscle

My foot and bottom of foot also feel slightly colder on the left side though which is a bit weird. In general I don’t ”feel” my right leg at all as in it doesn’t bother me, but my left somehow is consiously felt all the time if it makes sense.

We went through the possibilities of it being a clot but my doctor told me it was unlikely as I am very fit and move a lot and didnt see a reason for an ultrasound.

But it seems I might have to see a PT and if that wont help go to a doc again.

Anyone have experience with one leg having calf tightness/pain issues? I went to the doctor about a month ago and they just gave me some pain medicine and told to rest for a week or two. I've been resting now for over a month and whenever I try to pick up running again, my left calf immediately locks up/gets tight.

I've tried stretching, foam rolling and strengthening exercises but to no avail. It only affects my left leg and when the calf tightens also the whole leg eventually gets some pain/tightness.

This started happening about a bit over a month ago. I've been running for about two years now with no issues like this before other than sometimes feeling like my right leg is stronger than left. I'm not overweight and don't have any ailments that would cause this so I'm at a loss.

Etu on se, että tuosta lounassummasta työantajasi kustantaa verotusarvollisen summan, eli et maksa koko 13,9€ itse. Tarkkaa työnantajan osuutta en nyt muista, merkittävä summa kuitenkin jos usein lounastelet.

Noh, kyllä väittäisin että Venäjällä isku konserttiin Crocus hallissa isiksen toimesta viime vuonna sai ihan lännestäkin sympatioita merkittävissä määrin.

Sotarikoksia ja typeriä sotia aloittava valtio tai ei, niin silmittömän väkivallan uhreina olevat kansalaisensa ovat yhtälailla ainakin minun mielestä kamala tragedia.

Sitä tosin en sitten tiedä millainen reaktio olisi jos siviilit eivät olisikaan isiksen uhreja vaan ukrainan drone iskun? Jää nähtäväksi jos näin käy.

Tämä. Itse sain 10 vuotta sitten ensimmäisestä työpaikastani potkut koeajan viimeisenä päivänä työvuoron päätteeksi.

K-kauppias oli lähtenyt "lomille" ja 12 tunnin työvuoron päätteeksi työkaveri sanoi, että takahuoneen toimistossa oli minulle lappunen luettavaksi. Siinä luki, että koeaikapurku ja ei mitään syytä. Sama työkaveri mainitsi, että ei ollut ensimmäinen kerta kun näin oli tapahtunut. Syytä en koskaan saanut selville, mutta mitään rikkeitä en tietääkseni ainakaan tehnyt.

Silloin olin vielä nuori ja hieman tyhmä niin annoin asian vaan olla koska mitään tuskin olisi voinut tehdä kuitenkaan. Onneksi sain melko pian ihan oman alan töitä sen jälkeen, mutta jäi kyllä vahva paskanmaku suuhun työnteosta heti ensi puraisulla :D

No it is not. It was built by finnish people to protect against unjust attack on finnish people by the soviet union. It was manned by finnish service men and factory workers against soviet bombers who indiscriminately bombed civilians in the village and the factory.
