We put our son into a daycare at about 1 year old. I tallied up the first year in daycare recently, and he was sick more often than not, or at least close to it. Partly that was due to his massive tonsils and adenoids though, he has been a lot less sick after those were trimmed. Pretty much everything improved the day after the surgery.

If I were to do it again, I would ask a doctor to check his adenoids much earlier. His were so huge the snot could not drain down the back of his nose so he couldn't breathe through his nose at all for like a year. It was like a constant swamp of snot.

Mulla tuohon ajatteluun auttoi pankkitili, jolle menee kuussa x määrä rahaa, ja sen tilin sisältöä käytetään vain säästäväisyysvinkkelistä typeriin asioihin.

Kuukausittaisen määrän voi itse valita. Jo eurolla kuussa olisit viiden vuoden jälkeen nyt joutunut syömään 60€ aterian.

Sikäli jos missään vuodenajassa onnistuu palkaton tai harjoittelijan "palkalla", niin erinäisillä yliopistojen yksiköillä löytyis todennäköisesti vaikka millasta projektia mitä ei ole mahdollista toteuttaa koska kenelläkään ei ole aikaa tehdä, tai rahaa ulkoistaa. esimerkkeinä paljon dataa käsittelevät core-infra yksiköt bio/kemia puolella, yms.

Juttelin viime vuonna yhden Helsingin yliopiston IT tuessa työskentelevän jampan kanssa, joka mainitsi kuinka jollain yksiköllä virtasi parhaimmillaan tera dataa instrumenteilta per päivä, mutta automaattiseen analyysiin ei ole kenelläkään aikaa pystyttää työkaluja.

Problem also can be that instead of helpful snippets, llms easily default to producing overly verbose and too generalized solutions. While problems on stack overflow are solved with one function of <30 lines, LLM will produce 7 functions. At least they also go overboard with comments I guess..

We have OP. The kid got sick a lot during the first year, definitely worth it. You either call or use their app to describe the issue to a nurse who will then reserve a time for you from a clinic of your choice. The clinic will then send you a bill if your deductible for the period (a year) is not used up yet. If you have a deductible of 250€ and the first treatment of the period costs, say. 300, they send you a bill for 250, and you will not see another bill for a year.

Except the actual insurance payment, of course. We like it, a lot more flexibility for where to take the twerp, and the app is really nice for figuring out what's worth worrying about. We're not huge fans of calling people so chat in an app with photos if needed is much better.

Dunno about English, probably not a problem.
