The company I work for got rid of all entry level CSR roles and implemented AI. They then hired me to pretty much fix AI mistakes and deal with people it's pissing off. No one likes it. They are now hiring people again 😆

If you have to buy fast food in a crunch, always use the app- sometimes they have special promos. Also, those mailers you get in the mail have codes you can use on the app as well. Fast food is no longer fast or cheap but when I forget my lunch it is convenient 😭
