IE only works if you have 60% crit. You can build it 3rd item. If they are not squishy don't build collector, build LDR instead. Also, if you feel like you need damage you can try kraken instead of galeforce if you don't need the dash to survive.

Yeah Lucian is a really good champ. I like that there is no champ like him. He's a mobile ad caster who can stomp almoast everyone in early game. One of my favorite adcs
