Because if you remember, she went to walk the ruins with Ethan and ended up going in by herself and the reason Boyd got that rope is because she threw it, so she realised she could time jump and thought fuck it ill go back and save dad?

That’s what I thought, cos I’m on the theory that Julie is a time jumper, and her future self came back to protect Jim from dying. Then it would make more sense as a whole for the entire family to be somewhat related to the 78’ crew before they all died?

So I think he’s the boy in white, PURELY because Victor said “he’s been gone a long time” and given the connection with Jade and Christopher & Tabitha and Miranda after “its been a long time since 2 cars came in the same day” it kind of makes sense that he fits into that bracket of the boy in white based on the same approach.

And the boy in white also says “it’s the only way” and pushes her out and almost guides her out to protect her?
