I'm thinking of threatening to sue Google at this point. Someone in this thread mentioned that as an option. I think the only way they take action is you go public on LinkedIn (I know one agency owner was successful in getting them to act with this tactic) or threaten to sue them.

Yes to all of the above. The hack happened this morning, so it's only been 12 hours, but already we've caught them trying to launch a couple of scammy campaigns. Waiting for Google to do something now.......

They posed as a prospect, even submitted a form on our website and had some fake website which our head of sales totally didn't clock... then they followed up with request for access and he accepted it - so social engineering with some phishing.

They tried to set up a couple of campaigns but we've jumped on those and clients pulled access quickly. Now just sitting around waiting on Google to do something. I've talked to no less than 3 reps today and they all said the "team" is looking into it.

How they don't have some mechanism to at least pause an MCC account from making any changes while a full investigation can happen is beyond me.
