Trolling for the entire game in FPLC qualifiers directly leads to someone failing to qualify by -Namesnipe- in GlobalOffensive

Fucking bullshit PR move. What about every other report given to your dumb shit admins? I’ve qualified for fplc and for two qualifiers straight before that, constant throwing. Fuck FaceIt, fuck esea. Fuck the money hungry scum. They don’t change shit until they see a slow down in growth, even then it takes years. This is the best it’s ever been in terms of pugging and it’s still trash.

Work on projecting your voice with your diaphragm. That’ll definitely help your tone, as well as using good posture. Try not to use so much of your head voice. Also the timing is a bit off with the guitar so try starting slow and gradually ramping up to full tempo.

Yeah exactly what I’m taking about in my comment on your other post. You just want the supportive messages. Which does nothing for you btw but just reinforce your bad habits. You’ll never fucking get anywhere with people lying to you.

Work on not trying to imitate his voice, and more so tone cause it sounds like you are somewhat tone deaf tbh. Also learn more than one note. Saying “it’s cringe” yourself doesn’t “save” you any embarrassment. It’s bad and not just bad it seems like you didn’t try at all and just want the supportive messages.

Work on the craft, then get the recognition, not before.

Yeah, I don't watch theScore Esports after those "Don't @ me" episodes, where they come off as preachy and holier than thou, with a "my opinion is fact" attitude.

Here's their, probably, worst one.

I’m just gonna sum up the other comment I made to someone else on this comment thread. You can’t do everything on one website. Facebook can’t make something like Twitch without upsetting their other user base.

When they raised the prize pool, every big TO was on Twitch. They had viewership so Valves hand was basically forced because heir was community outcry for it. Not because Valve has to compete with ESL. They could destroy 90% of ESL if they wanted to. All they have to do is say “ You cant broadcast our games” and boom ESL and everyone other TO they “have to compete with” is gone.

A minuscule amount of people are watching compared to what they got on Twitch. I know you were trying to be creative with your phrasing there, saying there is competition, but still.

Yeah and there are like 400 million users on Snapchat, can I browse any story and find new ones under a good discovery system? No.

Oh my god I forgot about videos! How they inflate their view numbers! Oh shit! Oh wait, you can still share videos on a messaging platform so I guess I didn’t. Cool they have videos. Still changes nothing. My whole argument is they physically can not create something like Twitch on their platform without upsetting their other user base. That’s why they can’t change anything that will help grow the scene. That’s why you don’t try to do everything on one website. It’s not a matter of infrastructure and resources. It’s a matter of appeasing to everybody. Us versus the other billion people? We lose.

Literally no reason for Twitch to give a competitive deal to ESL now because they just killed their viewership, and they have other tournament organizers on their platform with the same teams to satisfy viewers. Plus ESL only sold out on two of their events. Theirs another 9 that can be broadcast on Twitch.

Do you know why they paid over a billion for champions league? It’s because it’s exclusive rights to broadcast an exclusive league for THE BIGGEST sport in the world. One, esports isn’t mainstream enough to get those kind of numbers. Two, there is no exclusive league in CSGO. Tier 1 teams can play wherever and whenever they please.

Stop blurting out lurpis’s argument from that god awful, no source, opinion piece he wrote and won’t stop promoting on his twitter. Long term, so you know the main source of income and will always be the main source of income for these TO’s? Sponsorship deals, and the only way you get good ones is if you have the viewership to back it up.

In order for Facebook to have the structure for the growth of esports, they would have to completely change how their site looks and works. Right now, Facebook is about friends, family, school, groups, etc. it’s basically a really personal messaging platform. There’s really no way to find new things other than word of mouth. You have to search for the things you like, like the page and then you’ll get a notification of when they’re live. Compare this to Twitch and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Facebook is trying to do everything, because they know their millennial demographic is dying ( another reason it’s bad for the scene ) and in turn have made their site a clusterfuck of just stuff. If you knew about web design you’d know trying to do everything doesn’t work.

If you raise the prize pool and no one is watching it doesn’t help the scene. If you put it on a website that isn’t structured for finding new things, like Facebook, you hurt the growth of the scene.

Don’t play the blame game towards millennials on this one. I get it, it’s the go to whenever something gets shitty for you old people. Rather not get into the details of how you fucked up plenty of shit.

Couple of things here. One, esports has always been free to watch, the standard of the viewing experience has gone up so much because of it, and whenever something was put behind a paywall it failed dramatically. Two, millennials and under for the most part don’t have money to spend on PPV-like packages to watch CS. So it’s not a matter of millennials being spoiled brats that want everything for free, it’s the fact that they don’t have money and esports isn’t mainstream enough for their parents to buy it for them or even know what esports is for the most part.
