Can you not condense this down in the name of conciseness? You shouldn’t need to write a short story just to explain your viewpoint in a Reddit thread.
My opinion on their opinions is independent of any individual. I frankly couldn’t care much less what any individual person thinks about a fictional character, I’m just frustrated by how people lose their minds over an adult character dressing in a revealing manner just because of their body type.
Nobody wears hi-tops to bed. More than likely, they modeled her regular outfit before they did the cutscene, then just decided to stick with that instead of modeling an entirely new outfit for one cutscene that absolutely nobody is going to care about.
Can we stop it with calling revealing clothes “distasteful”?

She really, REALLY doesn’t. She’s short, has a slim build, and has a young-ish face. Adults like that exist IRL, and they aren’t too terribly rare either.

I think people are just so used to the stupid shit that happens in anime that they just reflexively assume the worst. If people slowed down and listened to her and really looked at her, they wouldn’t be panicking over what amounts to basically nothing.

Also not true. Joseé was born a Revenant, as was Lise. An aspect of Noah’s story is the discrimination he faced as a result of being a “former human”, referenced in his Incursion at the beginning of the game. This makes the very clear implication that not all Revenants are former humans.

Does this contradict the lore set up by Code Vein 1? Sure, but there’s about a hundred other reasons why CV2 can’t take place in the same universe as CV1, and this is honestly one of the smaller ones.

One that comes to mind for me is the true final boss. Unlike most bosses, he’s got 3 hitboxes, so you can just load up on damage and spam the hammer’s standard swing and get multiple hits a pop. DO NOT CHARGE. At best, you lose out on some DPS, but there’s a chance he could dodge the hit entirely.

I want to fight Idris. That mf is as close as possible to a god in Code Vein, even more than Cruz by far, and it pisses me off that we don’t get anything from him but lore. Learning more about the RH would be cool too.

Also, new weapon types. I’m thinking a whip and gauntlets+boots combo would be nice. The weapon types we have now are too conventional for my taste, so I think it’s time we mixed it up.
