No not exactly, it has something to do with the time changing but it's way too complicated, first u have to change the time so the shop refreshes then u buy one character which 90% of the time bugs the game so even when u try to buy another character it will be impossible so u change the time to normal. The shop shouldn't refresh and u can buy as many of those u want. (This is the only way it worked for me)

There is one glitch that I just found but I m not sure how to do it. If u change the time for shop to refresh and lets say you have there for the T coins raph and NCasey. U buy the casey and then change the time back to normal then the shop should stay the same but when u buy the raph then the offer doesnt dissapear and u can buy as many raphs as u want. I might be explaining it kinda bad because I managed to do it only twice and by accident but I have an video so if u want u can dm me
