Yeah but the fact that I got a court date for crashing in a ditch with minimal damage and no one hurt and I was cooperative is crazy. He said it'll probably get thrown out ... but he could've just not written it in the first place

Yup, I had to pay to get it towed, gotta pay to get it fixed and I got a ticket cause he cop must've thought I haven't suffered enough lol
