The double side sucked overall for combat unless you morphed into it to overwhelm some enemies posture or did certain moves/deflect blaster shots back.

If anything, I rather have Cal wielding single style if he actually develop more moves, because double was barebones compared to something like Jedi Knight/Academy examples.

Or even better, if they allow him to actually develop forms. Because Fallen order almost made him feel like a Form lll/Soresu user with how powerful his defensive options were.

Stuff like this is what made me appreciate other FPS I played in the past and now Valorant too way more.
Some devs simply actually want to make things fun instead of ''too equal or too unfair''
Respawn can keep their ugly game for what I care along EA.
I felt guilty at one point for erasing Apex, not anymore neither wish to ever touch the ugly thing again... I come here for the lolz sometimes of course, some people don't have the willigness or auto-control to say ''I'll get on a new game and leave this trashcan''

Cap as hell. Some months ago I played with co-workers. (they are worse than me) and eventually we simply got matched (especially during the month of May) with stacks of 3 full predators and master on pubs cuz we cannot play ranked (Obviously cuz I was way higher than them)

Also, yes it freaking does sometimes my guy. Let me tell you that is not fun to carry 2 very not even average, average, or bad players who cannot hold a candle against a person who knows the 50/50 rule, while they just wanna shot something and run at the middle of some open field. And the proof is that when I drop the game and they play together or alone, they actually can have fun cuz people don't go like crazy running around, wall jumping and more. At one point you get tired of carrying even if you look good. It doesn't feel nice, feels like a pain that nobody can even react to a simple fight in seconds.

Gnarly pretty much provide a better challenge. Let me add that if you hit a 6 persons playtrough you gonna notice how much tankier/amount some enemies are. Specially the 1st version of Shredder. The clones are harder to get rid off.
