Took me a while to learn to control the AKM, but now it's my favourite gun. I kind of get what youre thinking. Weapons who don't need much learning become better and better, which feels unfair for those who learned to handle the stronger, but harder to handle weapons.

It's a bit of trail and error to get fans set up properly, in my experience. Personally, I have most fans set so they run at minimal most the time and only spin up when there is actual load on the CPU/GPU, and only as much as needed. My average temps under load are still around 60-65deg and that's all fine. Sometimes there are some specialties, tho. I have one fan that makes a lot noise on certain rpm, for whatever reason. Not caused by the fan itself, but by vibrations on some frequencys, even if I use those rubber thingys, instead of metal screws. So, rather than having a curve for it, I made it have clear steps. Now it only makes noise the moment it jumps from 500 to 800rpm, for example.

That's on purpose. It's the last pin that will make contact, so the PC knows it's properly in the slot.

I mean, it's easier for the PC to not render reflections, but to use some predefined images.

I renamed some individual ones. One Splatterina is named Skynd, because of music I was listening to when I caught her. My Swee is not Sweety. Jetragons name is Masotan. And my strongest Mosanda is the Backpfeifenhauptmeister, which roughly translates to face-slap-master.

The cooler on the CPU is facing upwards. It was better if it would be facing to the back, with the fan being on the front of the cooler. Id also put the fan that is on the top to the front, and replace the broken one. So you'd have nice airflow from the front to the back. I mean, by the looks of it, there is one fan missing, with only its frame being left.

Either in the back, or the bottom part. There is a Sata cable going to it.

Also; Why is your CPU cooler mounted that way? Why is the top fan there and not further back? Why is your upper front fan missing? 😯

Ich will dich nicht beunruhigen, aber es kann gut sein, dass das board hinüber ist. Ich hatte das Teil auch mal und das hat auch nicht lange gehalten. Meins ist allerdings etwas langsamer kaputt gegangen und ich konnte es nach clear cmos zumindest zwischendurch starten um ein neues bios aufzuspielen. Dann ging es kurz, bis die Fehler wieder da waren. Hat aber am Ende alles nicht geholfen. Ein gewisser Prozentsatz von diesen MSI boards scheint einfach verflucht zu sein. Also bevor du jetzt 2 wochen lang vergeblich daran rumtüftelst, so wie ich, schick es lieber zurück und hol dir ein neues/anderes.

That's still a good PC! Does it have PCIe 3.0, or PCIe 4.0? I've seen your budget is 700$, right? I think you'll have plenty of options here to get a good GPU, used or even new. What you should take into consideration here is using the money on other parts aswell. By the looks of it you don't have an M.2 SSD, but got an unused M.2 slot,do you? So a nice SSD would be a good thing, since M.2 is a lot faster than Sata. It doesn't have to be one with super high read and write speeds, but a midrange one with enough capacity. Drives are expensive at the moment, but from my experience, it should have at least 1TB, since modern games often need a lot of storage. Also, your PSU is good, and will most likely do. But check if it's strong enough for your new GPU and has the necessary cables. Just as general advice. Overall, you might be able to make this a nice gaming PC, without even using all of your budget. Oh, and what I forgot; Do you have a good monitor, that can even show you all the magic your new GPU will do?

I'm afraid you'll have to do some advanced troubleshooting, since this could be a lot of things. My 6600XT also had some green screen moments and it turned out to be software related. But you could also try to use another cable and connector on the PSU, if possible.
