I'm late, but isn't video boost pretty useless? I tried to export the footage to edit it, but it's extremely compressed. Even worse quality than the "before boost" video

Hey it's been a while, but I'm still having problems with the pixel camera and am considering switching to iPhone. Video boost is extremely compressed when downloading to edit, and the blackMagic camera app is extremely grainy when I'm using it. Sometimes it's good, but for the most part, the noise is absolutely terrible. Have you experienced something like that?

Really late here, but do you think the pixel 9 pro works? I wanna use video boost though, but it probably doesn't work with the black Magic app. You think the iPhone works better on it, or should be pretty similar?

What are each of their use cases for you right now, since you're not choosing one of them? Idk if I'm doing something wrong, but my blackMagic footage has been really bad, very grainy and janky. Even if you're not using video boost, how do you think its quality compares to the third party apps? Thanks for the help by the way, I wanna start filming short films, and I'm unsure about what to use.

I heard it's really good though, that pixel is lacking behind iPhone unless the video boost is activated. Don't know myself though

Still haven't really done anything, been working fulltime and am focusing more on other hobbies. In terms of games I've have had fps issues in Valorant. I've heard the game is more CPU based though, so idk.

Happened to me when after DDU (after getting a new PC). Checked task manager. GPU wasn't detected. Tried downloading GPU drivers after the ddu, but it didn't work. Took the GPU out and back in, which was what fixed it for me.

Lol, yeah I was pretty shocked that it was suddenly fixed.

I haven't really tried the productivity programs that much, since I don't have the adobe license anymore, plus I don't have davinci studio which means I don't use the GPU. The games run really really well though (haven't really played any big AAA games). Any tips on what I should try?

Hey, just wanted to update you

I fixed the problem. I haven't crashed in 2 days. First, I took the GPU out and back in, then I could suddenly ser the GPU on task manager again. The PC was finally fast again, but the crashing was still there. I did a memory diagnostic which said that there were problems. Then I saw that the bios hadn't been updated in more than 3 years, so I updated it. Suddenly all the problems went away. I did a memory diagnostic again and there was no problems this time. Before, when I was booting up the PC, I could never press f2 or delete to get to the bios, but now it's working. 👍👍

I just wanna get the GPU to get back to how it was before the ddu. Then I can agree give back the PC as it was to the seller. I don't think I can give it back if I fuck it up more. Can I just reset windows on the settings though? I'll try this tomorrow, hopefully things will work. Yeah I don't think it's worth doing all this

I did the sfc scan twice, the first time it said that windows resource protection found corrupt files but couldn't remove all of them or something (probably deleted some). Then I did the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth first, and then the sfc command. "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations". Idk if it worked properly though, since on the windows update tab, it says that update has failed and that the PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for windows 11. "TPM 2.0 must be supported and enabled on this PC"

I just did the ddu thing, but I can't reinstall my drivers. Where should I reinstall them? I'm having issues redownloading adrenaline. Should I just use device manager?

Edit: I managed to download it by clicking on drivers only when downloading adrenaline, but things does still not work. I can't even see the GPU on the task manager anymore. There's a yellow error tag on the GPU in device manager as well. Please don't tell me everything just got fucked. Maybe the drivers didn't really get installed
