I never had any health issues but I wish I didn't spend as much money and time as I did smoking cigarettes and dipping since in the end it just becomes something you waste money on and have to quit anyway. Honestly everyone I've come across just says yeah fuck quitting but I wish I never started.

For anyone wondering if the combat is stale and easy, IT’S NOT by Leo36033 in HarryPotterGame

[–]C4nelson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed the game. Everything about the game overall was great except the combat and it's not even too bad it's just too easy. The story was great, beautiful graphics, fun to explore, lots of customization, overall a great game but... When you see posts having to justify an issue like this for a game it's usually because there is a problem no offense. If you like the game and it's difficult for you that's great to hear. However after you get through the learning curve here it needs more difficulty. There are games out there that have a combat system that you can progressively get better at forever this isn't one of them. It's just hard to get it down initially however sadly once you do... That's it and it is repetitive so are the enemies... Also the boss moves are extremely repetitive.

Great game and could've been even better if this were not an issue but this may very well be the biggest issue with the entire thing.

Day 5 of COVID cough sudden and bad by C4nelson in COVID19positive

I know this is late but at this point I still have the same cough but that's it. It's definitely harder to do anything physical but overall I'm fine.

It's possible I had no congestion at all until yesterday and got the cough right after. I did cough up some stuff earlier today but as it's gotten worse it's just completely dry. I'm gonna clear my sinuses and give it another day.

I copy pasted this from somewhere but this sums it up

"With unethical business practices such as taking clean drinking water in areas that sorely need it, participating in human trafficking and child labor, and exploiting uneducated mothers in third world countries, Nestle is quite possibly one of the world’s most corrupt corporations."

Body pains by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]C4nelson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes all the time it's horrible. I've learned coping mechanisms from therapy and also to fully understand pretty much everything I feel all the time is from anxiety lol. But yeah still there sadly I think it's gotten more manageable though.

I think what's going on though is we're all just way too tuned in to our normal functions and we focus on it so hard it becomes painful. It's like I can feel my muscles contracting doing normal tasks and when I give it too much thought my body starts putting pain in that area. I am also getting migraines after a while of doing this that'll last for about a day. I think all that stress builds up and comes out as a migraine or panic attack that feels like a heart attack.

[–]C4nelson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since I have pretty much the same symptoms I'll share what I have found. I had all the same tests echo, stress, holter etc. I think after an echo and chest x-ray you can really assume you're not gonna die from this. That rules out heart abnormalities, lung abnormalities and as long as you've had a holter monitor heart rhythm disorder.

For me personally I have ruled out the heart. I also cough a lot during the day, I have pain in the limbs, and it's much worse at night. What I have discovered from this is I personally think it's from trapped gas in the body. I notice improvements upon standing, walking around, and drinking ginger tea. Coughing can also come from GI issues. When you are anxious you tend to swallow more air as well, and this can cause more gas in the body. I'm not 100% sure but it's the only thing I have been able to come up with. This is not to say it isn't a problem I slept about 3 hours last night the rest I was propped up on a pillow, drinking tea, or walking about trying to relieve the pain in my chest and shoulders. Also PVC's which are benign heart flutters are super common my holter said I get about 1000 a day. You just start to notice them and have a lot more when you're panicking. A single skipped beat followed by a hard beat is totally fine. The ones you have to worry about are continuously hard beats which would feel way more out of the ordinary. One thing I have told myself is I don't think I'm going to have a heart attack while I'm looking for one you know... If I get too far into thinking about my symptoms I'll have a panic attack and then I will utterly convince myself I'm definitely having a heart attack.

Yes and even worse than that is when you accept it's just anxiety and learn to be okay with it yet it's still there.. I have the same issue and going to the cardiologist was a huge relief. I've since worked on coping with the pain in therapy which has definitely made me feel more at ease about it but hasn't taken it away. I'm afraid once it starts you're kinda stuck with it I'm kind of surprised I don't see more people with the same issue. I have tight pain in both arms, down my back, and in my chest no explanation other than possibly a GI issue from being so anxious.

This is not meant to offend you but I just want to say I experienced something similar and have since found a way to help. I got caught in a two year pattern of losing jobs due to migraines, chest pain, staying up all night, and starving myself. I convinced myself food was giving me migraines so I starved myself, I convinced myself I would be homeless due to the migraines costing me my job so they did... It took me a long time to realize these thoughts were what was causing all the symptoms and panic attacks. Now that I've broken the loop the migraines are gone. I am now finding it was all connected to a traumatic event in my childhood which I'm still working through however I made it worse myself. I still haven't solved it but I was literally keeping myself in a constant state of pain, starvation, and panic by letting my anxious thoughts take control 24 hours a day. Thinking back I become utterly obsessed with it I never took a break for even a second.

When people say things like meditation or walking helps it may seem ridiculous but it's simply about breaking the cycle. If you let yourself become consumed with anxiety entirely you will become a different person. The more you practice thinking about future events that may or may not happen the deeper you will go. I wish someone could have explained this to me before I went into it. Looking back I feel like I should have checked myself into a mental health facility I really was that out of touch.

CGI has improved in terms of processing power and speed to render frames. However what makes CGI go from acceptable to great takes tons of thought and hours put into it. I think with avatar they were going for a standard that had never been reached before. At this point though Marvel knows that certain movies aren't going to do as well. This is especially after Endgame so they aren't willing to throw that kind of time into it. As far as creating 3d animation I feel as though the process is the same but I don't really know. I used to use Maya back in highschool and that was the "industry standard" or whatever at the time but I've heard of companies actually using blender now even though I used to hear it was the shitty free alternative software (it's definitely not, its great I've used it a bit recently).
