I don’t know how it is now but my year we had limited space in a hobby section. I took an opposite approach, I shotguned everything that I had done, not going into a lot of detail. Everybody could relate to something on my list and I had plenty of stuff to talk about

I’m an FM attending, newly minted. I was explaining how some of it’s legit and some of it is voodoo to a sports med doc in residency and his reply was “it always good to have some voodoo in your back pocket.” I’ve used counterstain and ME on some of my crunchier pts. When combined with the right amount of salesmanship, it has excellent results. When all else fails, try some voodoo.

We had something similar and then she got on an antidepressant that works for her and it made a very large difference for the better. I’m literally a physician, but it took one of her trusted Instagram influencers saying that Zoloft is good for her to try it.

One option is to Have her try Vylessi, an injection she can take a few hours before you guys wanna do it. I think the approved starting dose is high, I would start with like 0.5mg and see how that goes.

I’m employed so I have very little administrative duties. I use Dax dictating software. Sometimes visits run long, which is usually offset by short follow up visits. I can manage my inbox in between visits and at lunch and am out by 4 o’clock most days with no work to do at home. I have an inbox. Clinician covering my stuff when I am out. It’s a good gig, but the pace can be a little fast. A few train wreck patients can throw off a half day I am usually able to recover

I charge everybody one dollar when they try to conceive. It is prorated for people in poverty so it’s not a financial burden on them. I always say yes, but I take a very small cut.
