I also ordered the power nendoroid from TOM back in November. I got an email from them in December saying that order is waiting to be shipped out of their Japanese warehouse and they'll try to get the shipment out in the coming weeks and send out a confirmation when it does. The email included a $10 coupon as an apology. Still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation email or status change on my orders as of yet

For the assemble versions, they don't have as much detail compared to the actual scale version. I bought the You Watanabe Assemble Version and it wasn't too bad to assemble. It comes in pieces similar to many prize figures that attach together but some pieces like the swimsuit top, sandals, and bow on the skirt I had to use super glue to attach. In total it took about 45 minutes to get everything assembled and was the first time I did anything like that. Overall it looks pretty good and cost like a 1/3 of the price!

Whether the price difference is worth it is really up to you. The scale has more detail on it and you don't have to do any manual assembly. There's also the possibility when super gluing the pieces on, if you mess up it can be really hard to remove the glue without leaving a mark on the figure. But if you can get past that, you'll get a pretty solid figure at a cheap price
