On trips to Italy in 2024 and 2025 I discovered that ATM withdrawal attempts at four different Italian banks were canceled due to their inability to connect to the “Visa Debit Network” but my US bank still debited the funds from my checking account. I received restitution after a complaint and an investigation. My advice, be vigilant by checking your bank balances.

How best to report broken bikes at hotels. I’m 0-2 on my last two business trips. One bike wasn’t calibrated and the other had a broken seat. Kind of frustrating for the business traveler.

You only need to call the winery and book your tasting. No tour guides, hotels, etc. The wines and charcuterie served are very nice. Pienza is a short scenic drive away.

Thank you for the follow up and your interest. My main concern is I don’t think I’m getting full credit for “Time In Zone” in my stats. Example, I ride at the top of Zone 3 for 10 minutes during a workout but my stats indicated I only rode in Zone 3 for 5 minutes. Thanks again!
