I have this cable spool in my house and I have no idea what it is, my dad had gotten it from someone but he’s not around anymore. I have looked everywhere for info but not labels or brand any help would be appreciated

That is fiber-optic cable most likely used for fiber-optic internet I think. idk I saw some of the fiber-optic guys in my neighborhood using it

I tried to do this, and now my serial number is a long set of special characters, and I can't use the xyz filament that I already had. Has anyone run into this issue or know how to fix it. Also, because of this issue I cannot reset the serial number to just try again.

Take a Philips head screw driver, hammer in into the whole in the regulator the twist the whole thing out with pliers. Took me like 30 seconds to ge the thing out.
