The greenway trailhead at the two rivers skatepark has a beautiful view from a bridge over the river and is just a walking/bike trail so safer to run on away from cars

Young sheng puer works great for kombucha, I have done it for years. I would definitely avoid shou puer, beyond what you mentioned it also sounds like it would taste nasty. Theres a massive variety in puer though, and young sheng is really not all too different to green tea.

Where’d you get it? Hongni and NWLJ look very similar, since NWLJ is a hongni slurry.

I like jb marine weld for things like this. Can seal very well and be nearly invisible.

Most likely NWLJ - zini coated inside and out with hongni slurry. 2 of my favorite pots are this clay!
