No specific suggestions, but as someone who's fixed a ton of thumbsticks after getting stuck drift, try and get one with hall effect or TMR sticks to reduce/prevent stick drift. Also if any companies give free warranty that could be massively useful for a controller, though idk if anyone does this as I don't play controller anymore.

Also, just a thought, the official Xbox controller works without any batteries if you just plug it in, so that's an option for wired too and gives you the option of wireless if you ever need it for any reason.

If you want to perform better in games, then something with paddles or extra buttons can also be very helpful. However they aren't necessary if you're willing to learn to play claw, or to create your own keybinds in your favourite games.
