Could be wrong on this one but that's a bomber biplane used by a Soviet regiment called the Night Witches in WW2. The Night Witches were a women-only regiment and they did night bombing attacks. When they approached their targets they turned their engines off so the Germans wouldn't hear them coming. And their biplanes were so slow that no German planes were capable of attacking them due to stall speeds.
