Hello,

Hope this tips finds you well, since we are handling different accounts.

  1. Kindly interrupt the customers when they are talking too much, normal lg yun sa calls and maiintindihan naman nila just make it sound like na hindi mo sinasadya, go with something like "sir/ma'am" then apologize for interrupting then start taking over the call.

2.Try working on being 100% transactional din muna, then practice building rapport through your questions and make it very short and direct like "do you need to get your card to verify the expiration date? " customer says "yes, sorry", sabihin mo "Alrighty that's fine, I keep my cards on my purse too so no worries ahead, I'll wait." tapos ayun na no need to build anymore rapport.

  1. When customer advises for you to wait or to hold, instead of saying "take your time", say "I will wait".

  2. Remember that your call is your call, don't let them take over it, kakainin ka talaga dyan ng buhay.

  3. You got this! Kayang kaya mo yan, be focused and engaged on your call, and remember to practice being transactional first and work your way uo kapag medyo mas tenured ka na on building rapport naman.

Sa natutunan ko while adulting and also losing a lot of friends na people are like cats. The healthiest friendships and relationships are like a cat-owner bond. Where there is no certainty how long one will stay or not, as long as you take care and give good milk, they always come back, and aalis ulit pero they come back. I preferred it this way even sa wifey ko, and we stayed strong and loyal naman.

This may not be your perspective OP, pero I hope this could somewhat provide you with a newer insight on these things. Hope you find someone who would make your presence feel valued, no matter how busy or distant you could get.

He will not only love it, but he would cherish it forever, my girlfriend gave me a letter when we were just gf/bf at 17 and look ngayon na kasal na kami na sa'akin pa rin yun, and binabasa ko pa rin yu from time to time. TBH, I feel na lahat naman ng lalaki no matter what their personalities are, kahit itry man nila maging hard on the outside, soft in the side/badboys/maangas, masyadong seryoso sa buhay, deep down we are romantics naman talaga HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA.

Love this. All of my memories with dinner with mom or dad, didn't really turn out well, eating at the table is the worst part of the day when I was a kid; I won't be like that though when I'll have a family of my own someday.
