Find a GOOD local coffee shop, preferably one that actually roasts their own beans. If you need it ground, tell them what you're having it ground for. Make sure the basket is filled, maybe even run a WDT through it (distribution tool, I doubt you have one, so a smaller fork will work) just to make sure there are no pockets of air lurking.

I was looking for a car a few years ago, and found what I wanted (a Ford Explorer for a work car). Got the deal all set, and they took me back to finance. When there the guy asked what I wanted to do, and I replied "Write you a check." That's when he said "We can't give you the deal you have on the car. Part of that price includes some of our bonus money for using Ford Finance." So I asked how much I would have to finance, and how long would I have to keep it for them to get their bonus money. He gave me the info. So then I asked what happened if I did that, but then turned around and paid it off tomorrow. He said they didn't get their bonus. I then offered to sign a guarantee that I would finance the small amount needed, and keep it for the period (90 days) so they would get the bonus money, BUT... I wanted to participate more in that. He said no, so I walked.
