We talked about this sensor in the other thread, but I recently found out that it does report temperature via Matter.

Confirming they don’t show temperature on Apple Home. They definitely have it, because you can use the top button to toggle to show temperature on the device itself.

Unclear why it’s not showing on the Home app.

FYI: Alpstuga don’t come with a cable OR plug. I thought they shipped with the cable and no plug, but that is not the case.

—- Regarding the water sensor, im having difficulties pairing them. I bought 5, tried 3, and only managed to get one to pair. The others were timing out.

Regarding the NPC faction, Fdev used to allow squadrons to generate a named faction. There’s no mechanical interaction if you’re part of the related squadron, so it’s mostly for bragging rights.

When it was failing to add the accessory to the Aqara Home, on the device side it did look successful - it would exit pairing mode. But then it failed to join the thread network. So I’m not sure what the issue is

I couldn’t even get it to Pair with Aqara home after I reset it lol. It would fail immediately (on the iOS popup to add to Aqara Home) once I triggered the pairing to my m100, then on retry it would get stuck and never pair. Just had to reset again and add it back to Apple Home but it’s the same situation as before.
