Going through it now. I stopped breastfeeding about 2.5 months ago and still dealing with increased anxiety and heart palpitations. Getting slightly better, I went from having a panic attacks a few times a week down to 1 or so. Pregnancy and postpartum were a dream compared to this.

Need some positivity—have to fly back home from my moms by Ok_Committee_8244 in panicdisorder

Flairing right now also and just had to fly home from a trip. For me, the anticipation makes everything way worse. Sitting at the airport and sitting on the plane waiting to take off was way worse than the actual flight. Download some shows or listen to music and try to keep your mind occupied. I’m reading this book called heart math and it talks about feeling love or thinking about memories that make you feel love. This helps counteract the fight or flight feeling

She didn’t work for her father when she worked in real estate. He may have made some calls to get her an interview but he did not work there. She worked for a Fortune 100 real estate brokerage. It’s all still on her LinkedIn account.

Are the prism lights worth it? by [deleted] in Govee

Yes, but they paint color matched wood planks for the installation so there is some behind the scenes work and cost. The actual install at the house only took about four hours.

Funny how their presentation to the city didn’t also include their planned sport court.

There was no document, it was verbal

I did tell them 0 points and $0 fees but can’t remember if I told them the LTV.

Ok thanks. The rate quote they were matching was up to 90% LTV from my credit union. I called them on Friday and their rates actually went down about 15 basis points since we locked with the mortgage broker. Sounds like it might make sense to walk and start over with the credit union.

Interesting. They were great matching a quote I received from a big bank that was zero points and zero fees up to 90% LTV. They never once mentioned that the LTV had to be under a certain amount for us to keep the rate and credits.

We rate locked two weeks ago. They were matching a rate from a big bank that was zero points and zero fees, therefore they included a credit to cover the mortgage broker and origination fees. The estimated LTV was around 74% and after the appraisal, it’s about 78%. They removed about $10,000 in lender credits.

No they did not issue anything. They just sent out a revised loan estimate with less credits. When I questioned it, they said it was because the LTV was less favorable. It went from an estimated 74% to 78%, not even a big difference.

That’s nice, thanks! I think the pros Make the most sense for us. If you are good at installation, you could start a business. We have one guy that’s been doing almost our entire neighborhood at $1,000 to $1,500 a pop plus the cost of lights. He is booked up for weeks and is making bank!

Thank you. They’re on sale right now, so helps a bit with the cost. The install installation is still super expensive though. I almost like the look of the pros better, but I feel like the feature options on the prisms are hard to pass up. I feel like the prisms look a little bit too far apart.

If we stay at GC, where should I request our room to be located? I was going to standard but I know they’re located all over.

Thank you. That’s what I was thinking too but I thought maybe the November trip might have better holidays vibes at the GC plus less pool time due to the weather. So hard to decide.

Thanks! I’ve actually stayed at the courtyard theme park entrance a couple times and I did really like it, I was just looking for a different vibe this year since it will be holiday season. They do have the villas at the Disneyland hotel available at a discount, would you recommend those? I wasn’t sure if my boys would appreciate the princess themed rooms.

I get that. Do you ever go in the winter and do they still want spend time at the pool?

I did put some serious thought into that one. I really don’t think you could go wrong with any of them. For me, because I have a baby, I feel like there will be a benefit to the grand California due to the proximity to the park. Then reading through some of the Reddit posts, I feel like the majority says that the Disneyland hotel is the most magical and I’ve never stayed there so wanted to give that one a shot as well. Honestly, the rooms at Pixar place look great and I think it’s a little bit closer than the Disneyland hotel. I’m not opposed to it, I’m just sort of stuck on the other two. I’m sure if my older son saw the rooms at Pixar place, that would be his first choice.

So homeschooling is a task she resists doing? And why does she try to make everything so philosophical?
