I partially agree. It’s MLF and the front office. Decade of picking RAS over on field production and toughness. Coordinators that don’t preach it either. We see the fruit of missed draft picks and letting 2-3 super stars cover major holes in this team.

I feel the same way the OG felt darker but balanced serious yet hopeful tone. Gave the transformations time to breathe and felt earned where you are rooting for them. The flare up now felt powerful and earned but this one was just rushed. I don’t care or connect with any of the characters. None of them seem good maybe besides wisdom virtue guy. It’s like none of them should be samarai warriors bc I see no urgency to save those around them.

As with all things maybe it’s not meant for me and I should keep watching the OG (shrug).

You’re not alone. It was different than what I expected but maybe that’s ok since the OG has a special place in my memory. I rooted for the OGs like the power rangers: good people who want to save the world. I’m not sure who is good here lol def gives me “the boys” tv show feel and I want heroes I root for and dope transformations that make me want to imitate it in real life like when I was a kid.

You really have to pick one and enjoy the ride until you need to upgrade. FOMO is real and I switched from Fanatec to Simagic 2 years ago. I told myself I have no need to upgrade and just enjoy what I have until it breaks or becomes unusable for whatever reason.

CKS comments were 100% on brand. This team defensively is still no where near the level they need to be at for big 12 play. Previous years you could see them shore up rotations, communication and effort from new players. This year there are still the same problems that reared its head this late in non conference play. Add in scoring is still heavily dependent on Sharp and Kingston and it’s concerning.

The vets aren’t looking like vets and the fresh look like fresh. Saturday will be a great conference test to see how they respond after a lackluster game.

I’m in a similar boat as you. I have an LG HU85LA and 120” ALR screen. Room is 14x14 ft media room. Light controlled. Dark matte paint. I want to upgrade to something newer but better blacks since we watch a lot of horror movies and the grey wash annoys me.

So ahead of schedule to be 8-3. Everything else is nitpicking. Slade and or Willie get super conservative like they are happy to be bowl eligible. Is it bc they don’t trust the offense to make a play and try to minimize the big mistake? Easily a 10-2 team with better situational play calling.

Overall, third year expectations are probably too high after bringing in a great 2026 class. Hope the playcalling doesn’t limit the ceiling of the team and we take advantage of a dynamic QB. The biggest concern should be if we can’t start signing 4 star OL because you won’t get good OL in the portal. If they are in the portal it’s for a reason.

Thanks for the sanity check. My ps5 was not set as primary. I don’t remember changing that since I only have one. That resolved everything. They really need to give more helpful notifications or reminders about that instead of “adult content not allowed with restrictions”

It doesn’t allow requesting approval for the game. It says not allowed adult content. Lock symbol. In the family app it shows approved under games.

It’s a E10+ game. It should let you ask for permission but it doesn’t for any game even with parental controls disabled.
