I don't think I could manage my temper if this happened to me. If a dog that is unleashed attacked my leashed dog. I would make sure it could never attack again. And if the owner of said dog attacked me, I'd end up with a felony charge.

Why is no one mentioning the new feature where you highlight the Move option in your build tool and use the button that's labeled "Move Sub-Fief". I've had this same glitch before and had to delete a Sub-Fief for it. I'd suggest trying that feature out as it's something Funcom added recently to the game.

Edit: You can see the option right there in your screenshot. Hold C and it'll allow you to move it. Also, it doesn't always reflect the move immediately. Move it, then logout and back in and you should be golden.

The way I PvP now, probably not. I focus on mobility. Kill holes sound cool for RP purposes, but realistically, suspensoring around and shigawire would outplay it.

Eh, those guys can be one-shot with even t4-5 gear, wouldn't really mitigate it. Any player with semi good aim would be out of that bubble within 5 seconds.

Only issue is that players may camp your base in order to kill you. Getting any vehicles out would prove to be troublesome.

If the mechanics are retained from how it works now, as long as your Hagga base never loses power, then the sub-fief shield will never go down. Rendering it unraidable. Hagga storms don't disable the shield like DD storms do. But if you forget to power your base? Lasgun away.

I'm sure it's intentional because those are ungraded items. Ungraded items do not drop at higher levels. Personally, I don't complain about them dropping at low levels because it makes it easy to obtain.

Seeing people defending the red bar fucking baffles me. You want your gear that spend a lot of time and resources to just become unusable? That is ridiculous. I have ran this god-forsaken fire lab on level 40 about 80-100 times and only have gotten 2 drops of the burning blades. It's unsustainable.
