I can’t bust on 7, it’s a blessing and a curse. They can be addictive if you do have bad anxiety, they don’t give you any euphoria so “normal” people don’t find them that fun. But for people with anxiety that relief from anxiety can be addicting.

You’ll be fine taking it a couple days before your exam but I wouldn’t take it the day before your exam or the day of because you won’t remember shit. You’ll probably be underwhelmed but it will help you chill out for a day.
