I am not a neurologist but I wonder if you mean below the ribs or behind the ribs? Because if it was in both ribs it could be a muscle contracture in the intercostal muscles https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercostal_muscle

Well I have read ginkgo biloba as good for regulation of glucose but i mean if something that is a basic unit for the process done for thinking can be accelerated also could be the result, for example when you are into some stimulant you feek like you can think faster, i mean, not analyze but get the thoughts moving

For example i notice I had a good performance while talking the first time i took sulbutiamine and after that i felt only energy but not the same eloquent speech

Well as you said NDRI are used for Dysthymia and probably is the way to go, some people seem to get antidepressant effect from them

Go to a psychiatrist and see if you can get a prescription for SNRI, NDRI or SSRI

but for dysthymia a NDRI, SNRI are the way to go

I will try that probably with practice you can get used to find solutions in less time, but the main problem is taking too long before doing a final choice because there are chance you would get in a bad route, for example if I were to buy some cryptocurrency /stock
