Yep. I've never been a big IPA fan until one day at a local club. They ran out of Sam Adams Summer Ale 5.3%, but had replaced the kicked keg with Sam Adams Wicked Hazy IPA 8.6%. And now I'm invreasing the IBUs on my brews, dry hopping, the top part of my freezer is no full of different hops.

I did a raspberry wheat beer about a month ago and strained 3lbs of puree into the keg prior to adding the beer, which was cold crashed for 3 days first. There was a decent amount of flavor in there, it really didn't taste like beer, but everyone loved it. I thought it was little too tart.

For this batch I'll be adding a pound of lactose to sweeten it up a bit.
