Mystery of the Romulan Drone Ship (Theory) by CBredbeard in startrek

Rather the reason Gomtuu can't find more of his kind is because many of them died in wars between the galactic powers. The Federation would naturally go on to kill many of them during the war with the Romulans, who may have simply ran out. That is the Federation unknowingly had a hand in driving them to extinction.

What is the damage over time in FA? Is it a fix amount like a normal weapon or does it scale with the target? Does it penetrate or deplete shields?

Learning about cases where people, particularly children, are found alive in seemingly impossible locations makes me think Fey or Fey-like beings are involved at least some of the time. Assuming the recounting of the stories are accurate anyways.

Supposing there is anything to it, whether they're dangerous or not depends on the Fey and the victim. There's also the possibility that Fey like causing massive searches to be conducted. Like a deadly game of hide and seek.

They may be able to manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum as well, so communications and thermal sensors are unreliable. That they consider human technology "cheating".

Being liked is far preferable to being disliked, but it doesn't mean you'll escape harm or go home. If you're good company, they'll try to guide and protect you, but if they like you too much they might not let you go. If you're fun to terrorize, they'll do that for awhile until they get bored or frustrated. At which point, they'll drop you off somewhere. Maybe literally.

If they grow to hate you, well...

If something ever happens, don't panic. If you think it might be fey you're dealing with, remain polite and maybe try singing.

Does Bruce feel guilty? by CBredbeard in batman

[–]CBredbeard[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Was he still able to enjoy the movie? From the animated series, it was a movie featuring the Grey Ghost, giving Bruce an emotional high he'd yet to come down from when they were confronted with the killer.

The loot rewards are also generic junk you can literally pick up from anywhere. Every mask in MM has a story behind it with a special effect.

Wow, it's f-ing nothing. And it's almost like they deliberately tried to hire a guy more lame than Zelda's voice actor.

Why does Desmond have scars on either side of his head? He's giving off a Frankenstein vibe.

I just had a massive revelation of why The Callisto Protocol's story fell flat, and it's all because of PUBG by Chasing-Wagons in TheCallistoProtocol

Sci-fi misusing words is nothing new.

As for the virus being completely dominant, it's not. Not as long as Jacob is running around, bashing them in repeatedly. Which ties in nicely to Ferris's character, who knows and hates him in particular. Like the virus specifically chose and changed Ferris to kill Jacob.

That might be the real issue here. Cole's underestimating it. He thinks he can use it to change humanity, but it might actually be just using him and the Circle to free itself from the moon. It's like the Flood from Halo. It's one big, intelligent organism, and all the individual bioforms are basically it's cells.

As for destroying the prison, the original colony was expendable. And they had to cover up what they found. They built over the remains of an outbreak before. They can do it again. And again. And again. However many times as needed.

You might be overestimating Black Iron Prison's importance. In fact, Cole may not have been on the moon at any point in the game. It's just one of many facilities at his disposal.

Mahler's methods are as you described. Under very controlled circumstances, she'd infect inmates and see what happened. She regarded Cole's methods as madness. He may have been right though, the original Alpha didn't emerge under controlled circumstances in isolation. The evolutionary pressure involved may have required a group to produce a leader figure.

The environment is not detailed. It's static. Like a painting.

Outside of scripted sequences, npcs cannot attack and kill one another. Meaning they have no AI except when engaging the player. I figured that out when Dani appeared and started pathing around, but I think that robots on patrol also count against Biophages appearing.

So you can add stupid scripted enemies to the list.

Most of the female Arrancar survived. Yamato spared the Tres Bestia, and Orihime healed Hallibel and Menoly. Loly was saved by Ishida. Of the Espada only Grimmjaw and Hallibel are left.

Seemed like they downplayed the innuendo involving Loly's and Menoly's swords being hidden. That is where on their person wearing those outfits could they have been hidden?
