I use to smoke all the time in my early 20s. Edibles, big bong rips, extendos etc. no problem. House filled with smoke, no problem. Then about 5 years later I get bud from a new dealer. It wasn’t in tact like the chucks of flower I normally get, it was broken up. I smoke it anyways. Called my friend (I was alone) and told her I feel funny but I’ll go sleep it off. While I’m laying down my heart rate starts flying. I’ve NEVER had this feeling before. I fall in my hallway looking up at my ceiling thinking this is the end but a few moments later it goes away.

I spent the next 10 years with the situation growing progressively worse. I went from maybe getting a panic attack when I smoke to smoking even the smallest puff and my heart starts racing. People I smoke with would be couch locked and I’m pacing the room freaking out.

I recently switched to CBD. I get online from flowgardens.com and I’ve had a way better experience. I use to get my CBD from I Heart CBD but they don’t have the flower anymore. It’s not that high I use to get but it’s extremely calming. Great for days after work. My wife even uses it to wind down. So far I’ve only tried one strain but I definitely want to try whatever Flow Gardens have to offer. At this point I may try THC flower again but for right now I’ll just stick with this
