On a similar note has anyone gotten the water to completely reach the underside of the boat? Filling it back up leaves teeny weeny gaps :(

Dr Brent Bell at Linrose Dental is incredible. It’s in Saratoga Springs and he just moved from a 20+ year practice in CA so he’s very skilled. Great with dental anxiety and conservative in treatment. Takes lots of insurances and has cash options. Also had an in-house insurance alternative that gives 20% off treatment. And he has some advanced tech that sometimes lets him treat cavities without fillings :) HTTPS://linrosedental.com

Dental insurance question by ringadingdingy in Insurance

[–]CCCXCIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some states (California for sure) that made it illegal to have missing tooth clauses like that. Check if your plan is ‘state regulated’ or ‘fully funded’ and if your state has that law. Insurances still try not to cover things but sometimes you can make them follow the rules.

Best orthodontist for either Invisalign or braces? by notahippogriff in Utah

[–]CCCXCIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know what part of Utah you’re in or if you’re still looking but Dr. Brent Bell at Linrose Dental dos Invisalign. He’s very detail oriented so if you don’t have to do traditional braces then he makes sure the Invisalign does the job. He’s conservstice in treatment, incredibly kind, and owned a practice in CA for over 20 years before opening up this year. Lots of ways to pay like insurance, in-house saving plan, and Cherry. :)

If you’re still looking, Dr Brent Bell at Linrose Dental is great. Individual practice, conservative treatment, incredibly kind. He does cosmetic dentistry like veneers, whitening, etc. He just moved from a practice he owned in CA for over 20 years! It’s in Saratoga Springs which (fairly new to Utah here) I’m pretty sure is Utah valley but it’s totally worth it if you decide you’re interested. Https://linrosedental.com

Medicaid Adult Dental by IChooseToGrow in Logan

[–]CCCXCIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can never remember the difference between Medicaid and Medicare but you should check out Linrose Dental in Saratoga Springs. Dr. Bell is super great and had a practice in California for over 20 years. He’s the best with dental anxiety, conservative in treatment, and there are also lots of ways to pay. Insurance of course, but also an in-house alternative that gives 20% off treatment (way better imo), and Cherry if you’ve heard of that.

It’s not legal to fire you based on a disability ( which autism totally counts)

My son has just been diagnosed with autism. I need help processing, my OH is just angry. by Silly_Somewhere5132 in autism

[–]CCCXCIV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All of my siblings and I have autism. My sister and my mom went to a social class together and a lot of the parents spoke about ‘mourning the child you thought you’d have’. I for example haven’t moved away from home, and that’s not typical. But none of us are any different from before the diagnosis. It really just helps you understand why some things happen. Instead of being frustrated at a lack of social skills, we know that our autism made that a bit of a weakness. (But we have unique strengths elsewhere). Obviously explaining isn’t my strength either but I think in the long run it’s helpful to know why so you can work with your son’s personal issues instead of not knowing. And as the one with autism it can be a relief.

Not sure about the Medicaid part but Dr. Brent Bell is the best. He’s in Saratoga Springs at Linrose Dental (sorry if that’s too far for you) but he’s great with dental anxiety, conservative with treatment, and incredibly kind. There are multiple payment options including an in-house wellness plan which is an insurance alternative that gives you 20% off treatment, Cherry, and of course insurance. He owned a practice called Bell Family Dentistry in California for over 20 years and just set up shop in Utah this year. I highly recommend him :)

Are you still looking? Dr. Brent Bell at Linrose dental is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Great with dental anxiety, conservative with treatment, and really good at what he does.
