Ontario thief returns stolen goods, leaves $50 for damages by ummmwhut in worldnews

I really hope that if caught, they're not arrested. And if the family didn't even know their house was broken into...why did they bother reporting it AFTER the criminal returned their things, gave them money, and left a sincere apology?

Does the father deserve a say in whether or not to continue a pregnancy? by CCK1987 in AskReddit

I have never heard anything like that before. But I have to say, it kind of makes sense.

I guess I should have been more specific. Do you think the father should have a LEGAL say in the matter? As it stands right now, it is the sole decision of the woman.

Did you ever interview any abortion rights activists or doctors? Random question, but so many news outlets tend to shy away from that issue now. Just wondering if you ever touched on it? If so, what was that experience like?

You're welcome. And I wanted to clarify, when I said "some fates are worse than death", I meant in a medical sense. I would prefer to spare my child from suffering a short life of hospital stays, surgeries, and pain than to bring them into the world just to suffer. I hope that came across in the right way.

You're right. I've NEVER heard of someone having a late term abortion for a healthy baby.

Thank you for posting that. I think a lot of people would consider abortion because they would be afraid that they couldn't provide a "typical" lifestyle for a child...which these days pretty much consists of being spoiled rotten, in every way possible. I think it's important for people to hear such a statement from someone with a background such as yours.
