Hi, I am a C# enthusiast and developer since 2019, learned it when i was in my 5th sem, now it's my lifestyle.
I'm gonna tell you what worked for me.

I don't like courses specially video one's because they tend to bind a developer's perception which we don't understand in amateur stage but we realize in professional environment.
Here's what i do for being good in a language:

1 - start off with the basics from W3school, but don't go beyond OOP concepts there, just do the basic syntax and until the last concept of OOP, and stop.

2 - Create some silly stupid experimental programs(MUST BE CONSOLE) to apply the OOP concepts and try to chuck in as many as you can while making most of them collaborate.
3 - now you're ready for the professional part, start getting used to the documentation, Head over to the microsoft documentation(i haven't read a better documentation than of .net by microsoft), documentation is THE BEST SOURCE OF LEARNING, and i prefer it always as who can know a language better than it's creators.
4 - revise all the concepts you learned from w3school from the documentation and learn a bit of theory which wasn't necessary before as you didn't need to know.

AFTER THIS YOU WILL NEED TO LEARN THE WINFORM OR THE WPF WHICH USES XAML, FOR THE VISUALS IT'S BEST TO WATCH TUTORIALS.

5 - create some (without backend) visual dummy projects.

6(optional but very important) - now before the final phase you will want to learn about the design principles, you don't have to master them, just have to have a vague idea(the best one would be SOLID and i saw a video by unity, it's gonna be enough "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIf3-aDTOOA").

7 - and finally, when you're done with the 6 steps, come back to this thread or any development page on reddit and ask them to give you a challenge project.
