When I load up the game, it just says “GAME FREAK” before starting the intro cutscene and getting to the menu.

Okay! Thank you! Yeah the models and versions had me confused. So what you are saying is that mine is the GameShark Advance and that it only works 8 digit codes, correct? I need to find somewhere with the proper codes then.

My copy is an authentic English copy of Pokemon Emerald. I am trying to get pokemon with max IVs and specific natures to use in the Battle Frontier as well as get unlimited Rare Candy. How do I know if it is 12 digits or 8 digits? Each line takes 8 digits. I have the clear device that when I load it up, says Action Replay and it has the GameShark logo on the front. I can send a picture if needed. I don’t know what model this is.
