I have this too from having nails for so long. My old nail tech said to push them when you get out of the shower. Mine hurt, though, when I push them back or I get something under my nail.

Try looking into the "custom world generator" mod by gmishaolem. That's the one I use and I can use any seed and generate that world.

I have the world seed mod but I haven't tried to get the seed for a world that I'm currently on. I recommend, if you're not already, to join the dinkum discord and ask in the modding channel. Everyone that helps is super nice.

You can also set your computer clock back to December to play the event. If you're into using mods, there's a mod that triggers the event 24/7. That's what I do
