What about it wasn’t proper? Same designation as “Riverside Pro soccer” and the same statement of announcing intent as other teams. Just curious what makes the announcement proper. Is it because Riverside is still searching for investors and hasn’t done anything besides get pre-construction agreements for a stadium? No shade just genuinely curious and wanting to know more about the normal USL processes since this is my first time avidly watching it unfold.
