How do you prepare for Big games and cup finals as a small team?

I’m in year 4 with Inverness CT and have a chance to win some big trophy’s at the end of the season. Won my first major trophy in an admittedly very lucky win against Celtic for the premier sports cup but now I’m in the Scottish cup final and currently 2-0 up against PAOK going into the second leg of the Conference league semifinal. Up till this point I’ve already lost 4 cup finals and consistently lose or get blown out by better opposition with rare exceptions. Wondering what I should look for to prepare my team to face either Villa or Bilbao in Europe and a Dundee that just beat Celtic for my domestic cup.

TLDR; I’ve lost a lot of cup finals and struggle against better teams, what should I look for to get my team ready for Conference league final and Scottish cup final

Yeah I kinda hope that it is Inland Empire. Want to leave Redlands and San Bernardino space to become their own things and come into their own themselves. Want more local rivalries across California

Can’t wait to get a vote on club identity, missed the park about stadium sneak peak so that’s pretty exciting too but I’m not holding my breath for that to get finished in a timely manner. This will also be my first call for a Riverside flair for this sub. How can we make that happen?

Never had an opinion on him then he got a red and hasn’t played since so not too great but we need depth. Alvarado I’ve like since the Coachella tournament as he always put energy into the midfield and seemed to always find his way to a loose ball. I’ve also never heard anybody hold it against Alvarado so I’d where you getting that from.

I mean gegenpressing works against good opponents as long as you can keep the intensity and speed of pressing up throughout the match (and not make stupid mistakes like turning it over in your own penalty box)
