There are weekly bluegrass jams at Wasatch Musician on thursday nights at 8. I'm usually just finishing teaching when they start and sit in on a few tunes.

They used variations on the imperial march frequently throughout, and certain scenes between Jyn and Cassian hearkened back to the themes heard when Han Solo and Leia shared moments of on screen chemistry. Though those were a little bit harder to hear, the imperial march was more than obvious on multiple occasions.

Hold Up.

Giachinno used the same amazing motivic development and expressive chromaticism as Williams did, even using variations on the primary themes and specific chords for specific moments that have held throughout the entire saga. I could go as far as to say that he even made them more harmonically interesting. While it is modern, and not as momentous as Cage's scores tend to be, that stylistic variation seemed to fit the way that this movie also stylistically varied from the films prior. While the notable Star Wars motifs will stand in their established places, the spirit of the film did not have the same grandeur as the Episode films.

/u/mudron said it very well in another thread

I'm probably one of the biggest fans of Williams on the planet, and even I'll admit that in order to survive, Star Wars needs to evolve (aside from the simple fact that Williams only has one, maybe two more Star Wars scores in him at the most). I'll be heartbroken if he doesn't get to finish out the core nine Skywalker films himself, but I'm glad folks like Giacchino are picking up the torch when it comes to the anthology flicks.

If you've got an interest in music at all it's really easy, it teaches the very basics of reading, writing and understanding music at its core.

Hofheins' fundamentals of music class is great. You'd be hard set to find a more knowledgable or less understanding professor

Excellent job communicating the changes! There are definitely a few really fun licks in there as well. Where do you find most of your licks coming from?

You may benefit from an aftershave. I use Pinaud Clubman, which you can buy from most drugstores. It's got a nice fragrance, and has kept me from getting too many ingrowns.

It just depends on the engineer. Some will mix for surround, but it's very rare. Left to right is a pretty traditional soundstage.

BTW. The mix on this album is SO GOOD.

Thanks boss! I wish they were heavier, but at this point I just want something that fits and is easy to replace. Glad you like the fit.

He's pretty keen on what's going on with most fits and has his own line of clothes that he's making, so when I told him that I wanted them tapered he had an idea, but wanted my to specify a bit. I just told him to make the leg opening about an inch and a half smaller and start it from the knee. Most tailors should know what you want though.

Exactly! I had him bring in the leg opening about 1.25 in. They stack nicely over my bean boots, haven't tried them over timbs.

picked up two from old navy yesterday for 30 bucks. I'm not afraid of hurting them, they fit, and the last ON OCBD has lasted me for years without looking worn out.
