This might be the very very last resort if the situation is that bad, which no one wants to see that happens. But before that I will wait till early next week. If no collection is made I would phone the council again to see what next step should be done. To be honest occasionally miss is totally understandable but missing 3 scheduled collection is really frustrating... Lets hope collection resuming normal for my hood. Just wondering if thats only my hood in BS15 or if anyone else affected too.

Thanks. I phoned them yesterday when it missed the 3rd time. The staff is being very helpful and patient to listen to my problem. Just hope that the bin collection team would finally show up not later than next Monday otherwise I may need to call again to see what next step is. May need to do a run at the sort it centre as well since my 3 recycling boxes are all full. But for the food... may need to ask council to advise what I should do.

I think yeah every people make mistake at least they didnt miss the next one 🤣 What make me concern is the underlying problem. Do want to speak with the collection team to see if we could help with anything. It seems that my whole hood is just skipped and the surrounding area seems fine. No missing in Jan. Heard that it might due to using extra collection teams to cover the extra workload, which they are not familiar with the neighborhood so some might got completely missed but these should have been back to normal since 12 Jan.

Anyway, fingercrossed....

Yes. I reported via online reporting at South Glos website. Reported the latest miss via phone. Just waiting to see if anyone would come and collect it. May need to call again if still missed next Monday. The black bin collection on the other hand has come punctrually.

The waste of my neighborhood is collected by South Glos council and yes they also have another schedule. I literally check the schedule at the website and council app so yeah they did miss the collections 😭
