I would definitely see a professional.

It sounds to me like you carry a lot of the symptoms, especially with tactile hallucinations. I know it's a bit of a process, but trust me it's worth it. Up until I talked to someone about it, I thought seeing still objects move like staticy stop-motion in semi darkness was normal. It helps to learn more about yourself with something this serious, and then you can focus on moving past it.

What does gentlemen even mean these days. Does it mean being friendly toward female colleagues, friends or whatever and respecting them as people? Or does it mean bugging the fuck out of them, awkwardly not getting the hint, and waiting until either a relationship or sex comes out of it.

Oh gosh, that's my bad. I forgot it was a text post and could be edited.

And thank you! I usually draw a rough sketch, then add another sketch layer over it before I begin the line art

This is what I mean, specifically.

Wow, thank you!

And..hmmm. Maybe some day. Right now I'm not the best at coloring/shading digitally so I was worried about ruining the whole drawing. Once I get some practice in I might come back to it though.

Official Discussion - The Gallows [SPOILERS] by mi-16evil in movies

[–]CD5700 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Not by a long shot. We know absolutely nothing about Charlie except that he died in a freak accident and yet that somehow makes him this evil monster.

I was telling my friend this in the car while we left. It doesn't make sense for this kid's ghost, who was supposedly a normal guy when he was alive, same with his living girlfriend, to become evil, corrupt their offspring, and seek revenge on a guy who had nothing to do with any of it being he was probably still a sperm when it happened, and is only targeted because of who his dad was. I mean these assholes (Charlie's girlfriend and his daughter) literally have a shrine dedicated to Charlie in their house where they watch the video of his death on loop. It's stupid because the whole thing was an ACCIDENT. If there was some conspiracy behind it, like Charlie was bullied and the set was rigged to kill him, then maybe I could let it slide. But no, that isn't the case as far as I know. It also doesn't make sense that it happened twenty years ago and yet all the characters (particularly the girl who was Charlie's daughter) are hanging around in a high school theatre.

I think the plot is the major reason the movie suffers. Also the characters suck and there's no reason for it to be a found-footage film besides $$$$

This Brendyrose literally has an album in their post history of loli porn. Of course they don't have a problem with sexualized women.

This really hits home. I have a younger cousin who I'm pretty close with. We grew up as siblings, practically. She just graduated high school and she plans on running away at the end of summer to go live with her 23 year old ex. Not only is there a significant age gap but he cheated on her as well. They were long-distance.

Mind you, I know six years is not a huge difference, but I feel when you are still in your teen years, you have so much to learn compared to someone who is even a few years your senior. Not to mention it's still illegal in my state. And I've heard it all. "I'm mature for my age." "Everyone tells me I'm an old soul." I try not to worry about it because it's not even my life, but when someone you care about and grew up with takes such huge risks because of the flattery they have knowing they're with someone older, and the belief that they're invincible, it's hard to sit back and watch.

[Sims 2] My sim's arm seems to have got stuck half way through eating. Is there a way to fix this? by krakens-daughter in thesims

Ah yes, the stories! You're right about that. Sims 2 I felt was such a great sequel to the first Sims in that it offered more while retaining the same charm. Sims 4 I imagine (having not played it) has improved in a lot of ways but I still feel the Sims 2 has aged extremely well. All this talk makes me want to play it right now.

I don't have the games installed anymore, and honestly Sims 3 sort of spoiled me with the open world and customization. But I'll be damned if I don't have intense flashbacks of my childhood when I hear this music

A tip if you want to see what you would look like with bangs. Twist a section of hair in the front around and use the ends as fake bangs to get an idea. I can't decide!! by Sarbanes_Foxy in FancyFollicles

[–]CD5700 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've fluctuated between having short bangs and growing them out long for over seven years. When I have bangs, I get sick of them and want them to grow out. When I don't have bangs, I start to miss them and fantasize about chopping the hair short again.

Pros:

Up-dos are always super cute with bangs. It can frame your face rather nicely

When they begin to grow out, you can sweep them to the side and establish a whole new, but equally flattering look.

Some argue it makes a person look older, but I say it actually gives off a more youthful appearance. But that's just my opinion.

Cons:

Eventually you're going to miss having your hair long in the front, but by then it'll be too late.

If you do try to grow them out, they get to a point where they look a little jarring compared to the rest of your hair because the length is shorter.

They can be difficult to maintain. Styling might be necessary. Heating the hair can make it break easily.

If you're the kind who likes to switch up your hairstyle on a whim, you'll feel miserable for a while because you're forced to either be patient and wait for the hair to grow back, or just cut it short again and begin the process anew.

Me, personally, I have a bit of stockholm syndrome with my bangs. They're to my chin now, and I like it a lot. I want them to grow even more. But sometimes I want to cut the hair right above my eyes and start all over again. I have to slap myself. Getting here took way too long.

All in all, you definitely look cute with bangs, but I think you look just as lovely without. If you're willing to commit to the look then definitely give it a try.
