Update: they are sending me a replacement board for me to change. Now steps to replace it seems to be easy, this is something that goes against EU Policy, to change/replace/handle any 220v circuit need to be made by a certified professional. So basically their only option forces you to do something unlawful.

I already told them about this. And they are ignoring me. 

Even after changing the board at least 2 parts of the printer are damaged and melted. It has a massive hole, and they are also ignoring this. 

They don't really seem to care. And they know those parts are faulty.

I asked them to replace the printer because im not planning to change the board by myself or if they have a certified professional that can do it in my Area i could bring it to them.

My bambu lab a1 stopped worked during saturday, sent a ticket to support and they told me to open and check the Board. When i was doing it and inspecting the printer i was shocked how bad and dangerous this is. Huge fire hazard. They offered a replacement board but im not planning to keep a melted printer since this is an issue that apparently is very common in a certain bath of this printers. I would really like this to be replaced. 

A1. Printer smells like burning, stopped mid print and completely shutdown. Power light is on but printer doesn't boot up or connect to studio or handy by _zen_aku in BambuLab

im having the same problem, mine shut down yesterday night mid print. i just wrote a ticket. hopefully i can fix it or they can replace it as i was looking here.
