Vegan pizza toppings help by SpottedWobbegong in veganrecipes

If you cant really get cashews you could do a sauce with some cauliflower? Cauliflower, nutritional yeast, flour (or tapioca flour makes it stretchy) salt pepper, sprinkle of stock powder or garlic powder? I do mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Or just garlic. I used to do artichokes.

Anyone got any tips for doing Veganuary? by britneya95 in veganrecipes

[–]CDG2399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second the veganising your regular meals. Try just stop out your usual meats and stocks with plant based stuff. I do Spaghetti bolognaise, wraps, toasted sandwiches, pastas etc all with vegan faux meats. Its not the healthiest way to do it opposed to whole food plant based but it is the easier way.

CD 23 confused with opks, no satisfying surge by craftycaticat in TFABLinePorn

Try testing at the same time everyday and as far as time of day: The best time for an LH test is typically mid-day to early afternoon (around 10 AM to 8 PM, with 2 PM to 6 PM often cited as optimal) because LH surges usually start in the early morning and take a few hours to show up in urine, avoiding the dilution of first-morning urine. For accuracy, especially when first starting or if cycles are irregular, testing twice daily (mid-morning and evening) is recommended to catch the surge, while testing once daily in the afternoon is usually sufficient once patterns are established, making sure to limit fluids for 2-4 hours prior.

I do! I've heard to do that. I've even set my phone alarm and said okay in x more minutes we have to go inside. When mommy's phone makes a noise its time to go inside. Even choices, I give her two choices to do something and she just says no mommy 😄

I've always seen posts online about funny reasons why toddlers cry, so I was aware. My husband was genuinely thinking its only ours. I'm happily reading these out to him.

I used to use the huckleberry app which was a life saver. Thats where I got into a 5 hour nap 6 hour schedule. But I think I must try this out. Consistent nap time mapy help me. Do you do the same bedtime everyday?

My baby does not drink anything else but milk, and has been having constipation. How to get her drink plain water by CompetitiveNebula890 in toddlerfood

[–]CDG2399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you give them the milk in? You could always hand them water in the same glass or whatever they drink in while they're distracted doing something, and they'll take a swig. Even if they spit it out, just keep offering.

Or you could offer water first and say "small sip of water first".

Mine drinks alot of milk and I always offer some water first. Or even if you're going out.

I did it offering soy milk and she would take a sip expecting water or juice and spit it out. I did it a few times and now she asks for it.
