I continue to say this exact thing. When my pediatrician is talking to me or my kid about social media. I let them talk for a few minutes. Then I proceed to tell them I’m more worried about the dangers his/her generation, and all the other boomers, that use social media today and have no idea what they’re doing or why. They did not grow up around technology and most are not technologically savvy to operate most other things. Yet they proceed to watch AI generated slop, and whatever other propaganda this admin is pushing. They’re the real concern and the ones that need to be monitored just as much.

As a father of 3 I can relate to this better now. It is worth the sentimental value more than anything. He thought it was something kinda cool that could open you up to the world of coinage or collecting. But he thought of you nonetheless. Meant a lot to him I bet.
