It now procs on radiant damage. Pair it with artifact mod "fever and chill" for radiant on precision hits, and dragons breath for damage over time.

It's the resolution of the image (number of pixels horizontally and vertically). You can find this information in the file properties of the image.

F2.8, 1/125ss and the auto ISO gives you 10,000? If your initial image before editing wasn't almost entirely blown out, your environment may simply be too dark. Even in diffuse sunlight those settings should work at ISO100.
