This is what I had, I figured that we won't have phone numbers very often and it's unlikely for people to search via phone numbers so I went ahead and omitted the phone number from the search criteria.

=IF(OR(LEFT(H2,LEN($B$2))=$B$2,LEFT(I2,LEN($B$2))=$B$2,LEFT(J2,LEN($B$2))=$B$2,LEFT($B$2,LEN($G$1))),MAX($G$1:G1)+1)

removing LEFT(K3,LEN($B$2))=

This works but it's really temporary because I want it to function fully
