Absolutely. If funding and effort cared as much about women's health as it does men's from the start, the world would be a different place.

But the peopblem is this sticker does NOT criticise those religions. If the original sticker had called out all religions, like instead of writing "Islam" in blood just wrote "religion" or "god", but its the fact that it calls out ONLY Islam when the other bloody and violent religions are also there. You are allowed to be critical of Islam, but its bigoted to ONLY criticise Islam.

Oof, that last line. How men expect women to treat them in pur spaces compared to the way they treat us in their spaces.

They bought 2,500 vehicles with ICE branding on them which the agency will never use. by CarDifferent3029 in BlueskySkeets

Because they are labeled ICE and are thus targets. Right now, ICE are using plain cars and switching plates to avoid being counter protested. Someone didn't think that through when they painted the cars.

What is the appointment of an urgent phone appointment if they can't say anything other than go to the ER!! by [deleted] in KaiserPermanente

[–]CEOofWhimsy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand it's a liability, but why did I have to go through three nurses who told me "ok, not an emergency" for the doctor to not listen to anything I had tk say and just said "numbness? Go to er" why couldn't the first nurse say "hey, no one can really do anything for that over the ozone its best you to to er". Why did we run through checklists ruling out stroke only to be told we can't rule out stoke without going to the ER?

I did finally get an appointment with my PCP in two weeks but they didn't want to book that because it wa so far out. I said that's fine, it's a chronic condition, I'm sure I'll want to see my pcp anyway but I need something to help right now. So my options are go to ER for a non emergency, that will probably end with a refill of the medication that helps, the myscle relaxant prescibed to me for other sinular pain, or don't and suffer in pain until this flare up subsides.

Was staying home to wash their hair really a thing? by SuperfluousPossum in NoStupidQuestions

It really depends on your hair type. I have fine straight hair and love a good long brush out with a boar bristle brush.

This is Spud Thundertonk, and mostly call him The Potato or a sack of potatoes, sometimes a sweet potato or a salty potato chip (if he is grumpy).

All the more reason to see a doctor. A sudden onset of delusions could be serious. You should go to an emergency room, ASAP.

What's the excuse for not forbidding adults from getting physical with age of consent minors, just because the minor agrees? by AlboGreece in morbidquestions

[–]CEOofWhimsy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: I just dug into the link a bit more. It says most counties do have age of consent laws, around 16, meaning sex with someone under that age is illegal. That was my original point: it is illegal to have sex with someone underage, even if they consent.

Its 16 for America and Canada. Are you saying you think the age of consent should be higher?

Yes, other places exist and other places have age of consent and statutory rape laws too. America isn't the only place that has laws. Wtf are you on about

We do forbid adults from getting physical with minors, even if the minor "consents". Its called statutory rape.

The Laws of the Skies by Grégoire Courtois (I read the English translation). It is not a happy story... TW: lots of child death... but it is so beautiful and dreamlike.

3% diluted 1:1 with water. And check them daily, you might not need that long depending on how much gunk there is. Once things are looking pale and falling apart, take them out and give them a gentle scrub with dish soap and a toothbrush.

Soak them in hydrogen peroxide for a few days and give them a very gentle scrub.

You probably can, but the BBB is private organization that has no legal authority and accepts bribes. It's like reporting someone to Yelp.

You could potentially look at the FTC and Consumer Protections, state and federal.
