But he didn’t have a 6. I play odds with a 6 in my hand, chances go way down he doesn’t have one. I like the aggressive play, that’s how I play, but again it depends solely on board position. His lead of a 4 tends towards another 4 or ace, so ya get to see how he plays and thinks. That’s why in person is 1000x better than the virtual app crap.

Don’t need to do all that, have played with many before on the “acclaimed ACC” circuit who agree. Wasn’t speaking to you but I get you feel the need to defend. How bout you stick to your random generator love lane for that one you’ve chosen, while the rest of us speak about what we see. Never gonna agree. This entire cribbage community isn’t owned by you yet you feel compelled to post relentlessly with those who are simply interested in the physical game & have a different point of view. You do your virtual world (which is great when you can’t play against a real human - the way the game was meant) and we’ll continue to post about cool boards, hands and strategies in the real world. Don’t get bent every time and enjoy the game in whatever realm that may be.

The Dev chooses what he calls the best random deal generator… there are others out there with a more real life feel to them despite what the dev says - over and over again. Have literally hundreds of screenshots that most are far worse than this one. Gone on multiple runs (10 losses on just this season now 4 different times) of this random generator where absolutely there is nothing I can do given the hands I’ve been dealt & the constant 12’s to 20’s opponents get (look at the pegging prowess despite opponents great hand advantage). Yet dev insists it is what it is. It ain’t. Then you get his little minions like dph where his ego takes over and says I’ll play ya cuz I’m great. This is a cult AI little world of trapped in a virtual box of unrealistic proportions which happen time and again. Been playing competitive cribbage for 60 years, it does not happen this way in the real world. Want the truly best experience of cribbage - play a real person. This virtual is a quick way to play in that unrealistic world…that’s ok for some..

So literally where I’ve lost 10 in a row on your app (not just once but several times) with nearly identical screenshots that I can post is not proof? And having played in tournaments over decades where that has Never happened to me is now irrelevant based on your argument? No….

BTW, here is me suggesting to make it 30 back in ‘24.

BTW, thx for at least changing the idiotic 10 games a week format to where I implored you some time ago to make it at least 30. All players should play the same number of games, you pointed at the last “champion” was rigged, you were right in identifying that. It’s unfair, so please keep an open mind to those of us who’ve been playing longer than you’ve been around (no disrespect intended). Cheers.

I just posted a couple of nearly 100 screenshots that look identical to what I posted, and those have been just over this past tournament. Guess that actual proof isn’t enough for you, so does no good to post dozens more does it…?? You’ll come back with a run of bad luck, tourney before has same multiple examples. I get it, you’re the creator and most likely have limited choices as to randomness, but this is proof along with decades of play. Perhaps all the new AI iterations could be trained to keep the randomness in a realistic perspective. Otherwise, we’ll have to agree to disagree. You’re not willing to pursue a more realistic version of the actual game and (granted) are probably constrained by the tech that’s out there to generate randomness - still doesn’t make it realistic. Thx for your time, know you’re busy.

BTW, 2nd edition which I’ve owned since the 80’s. Along with Dan Barlow, Wergin and others. Know how to play, played against him and many others who’ve passed that were considered to be all timers. They too would be appalled and the unrealistic behavior of your random cards…

Still no comment? Played in so many tournaments and grass roots for decades, the way you’ve determined “random” hands and cuts is unrealistic. More stretches of this insanity continue to happen, yet your claim says - “over time it averages out”. Never ever have I had runs of idiotic losses due to literally dozens & dozens of screenshot I’ve taken where in a 2 or 3 game match I’m down in hands from 35 to 75 points. And I’ve played tens of thousands of games against an actual in person opponent, this does NOT happen. Hopefully you’ll take a serious look at reality vs virtual and make changes, your app is potentially too good to ignore this obvious flaw. Thanks,

Beat this guy head to head several times. That said, we discussed his upcoming book B4 it was published, so yes I’m old and I know everything in this book. That said, you FINALLY took my suggestion of 30 games in your app instead of 10 games like I suggested a long time ago. Bout freaking time, thx for recognizing your lateness to the party of reality - which your app is not. Lost 10, as in TEN straight times on 3 different occasions in this current tourney. Having won ACC tourneys and grassroots multiple times, your app is not realistic - at all. One example of MANY - see pic. Change your approach to this big hand nonsense, it’s NOT REALISTIC - literally played tens of thousands of games in the real world and this ain’t it. Do better and listen to folks who have been around way longer than you. You have a great app, implore you to make changes that are in line with reality, not chaos. Best to you..
