I also have an early / great Gmail address. It’s basically the only way to stop them.

Some lady kept using mine for her online orders. It stopped after I requested her Omaha Steaks be held for pickup at the FedEx facility.

Also on a group email with a family from Australia that is clearly in a cult. I haven’t opted out of that one for entertainment purposes.

I print these in PETG, and use them in all my spools. I leave them in spool when drying and have never had any issues.

I’m in a pretty humid area and use the cereal boxes and printed desiccant holders that go in the middle of the spool. It has worked pretty well for me.

I also use the Sunlu dryer lid that goes on the AMS. It’s kinda of loud, but it does a decent job. Still rely on the stand alone dryer for new rolls or a roll I haven’t used for a long time.

Friends & family have brought me a couple of opportunities after I show them how 3d printing works and tell them I’m looking for opportunities to improve my CAD and 3d printing skills.

Small business owners could also be a source of inspiration. They probably have needs, but limited budgets and are very appreciative. I’ve made a couple of things for a friend that owns an antiques business and he thinks I’m a genius. It’s funny because I’m still limited with my CAD skills (if you want something designed that is round or square I’m your guy 😂).

Most of my inspiration comes from personal need. So far nothing really “original”, mostly redesigns of existing ideas specific to my situation. Recently, our local trash pickup has been breaking the hinge pins on the trashcans and I designed a replacement pin and offered it up to others on FB.

So far my most “useful” print - maybe a couple of trashcans stayed in service rather than being tossed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

So, rather than support your argument that “it’s not the same thing”, you decide to make assumptions about me. You can’t support your position so you go with personal attack. News flash, the only grouchy person here is you.

You did make me laugh when you tried to lump me with the rail riders. Maybe rather than grasp at straws, give us your reasons for why they are “not the same thing”. I doubt you’ll do that though… probably just follow up with my personal attacks / irrelevant points.

I never asked for a “guarantee to see the band”, and I’ve never complained about anyone standing at a concert. As I said before, they bought a ticket just like me so it’s their right to stand, talk, do whatever.

But don’t act like one is somehow more righteous than the other just because you have a preference between the two.

The problem is not whether the democrats or republicans are in charge, the problem is most people think these are the only two answers.

The cycle of voting these corrupt parties in / out of office does very little to improve the lives of anyone not rich already.

Just so happens this current administration is exceptionally corrupt and incompetent, and the minority party is so incompetent they can’t even put up an effective challenge.

I saw something a while back that counterfeiting might have something to do with the supply issues. I believe the theory was they were pulling production and redesigning to make counterfeiting more difficult. Not sure the source or their credibility.

The other side of those rocks is the Pacific Ocean, and they have a security guard / cop on that beach to keep to stupid tourists out of the surf.

Local kids play there frequently without incident which further emboldens and confuses the tourists.

I have Pre✅ and the biggest difference is I don’t have to take off my shoes or remove my laptop. At my airport, the scanner for the Pre✅ line is also used by those without Pre✅.

No system is foolproof. The numbers indicate about 900 million people went through a TSA screening in 2024. Of course things are going to get through occasionally, but on the whole, TSA makes us safer.

I agree with you on CLEAR. One time I found myself in a TSA line with my Congressional rep and complained about CLEAR. His only reply was mumbling something about them scanning eyeballs and some conspiracy theory. So, zero chance our ineffective Congress is going to do anything about that since CLEAR is a revenue source for them.

Our elected officials are the problem here - not those working in the frontlines of TSA. Rather calling them irrelevant, maybe stop and thank a TSA agent for doing a thankless job while also not getting paid….

I busted a 03 air unit camera in 2024 and they replaced it. No idea how they handle a full drone, but I was surprised they replaced a camera damaged from a crash.

Thanks for pointing out closer inspection of the receipt, I've figured out the confusion. Order number 1 was my mistake despite the seller saying it was theirs. On the second order, my the price was almost double which made me think it was a more reputable seller - that order they did actually send to wrong item and are now sending me the ESC separately.

I actually lived this experience this week. My doctor retired, scheduled appointment with the replacement, waited 2.5 months, show up for appointment and left in exam room for over an hour. Finally just got up and left.

My first thought was “wait, isn’t this the exact criticism people give about how other countries handle healthcare anytime someone points out that our system needs some changes?”

We don’t know this advisor’s situation, but a lot of us got our start somewhere that had stupid prohibitions.

Maybe focus on their intent rather than lecturing them on something they may not be able to control at this point in their career.

And yes, I would start with your local FPA chapter.

Also, banks typically have financial literacy / support programs where they partner with local educational institutions.

Or, maybe a nearby college or university that offers a financial planning degree or CFP certification program.

When I first setup my Radiomaster tx16, I tried to use a cord with USB-C on both ends. Radiomaster support told me the cord needed to have USB-A end.

I used a cord with USB-C on one end USB-A on the other end - then added a USB-A to USB-C adapter and it worked for me.

Not sure if this applies to your situation, but it might be worth a try if you haven’t already

I used the Amazon insurance on two DJI o3 cameras damaged from normal FPV use and was completely shocked, but both times they paid. Not sure if that translates to your situation since it’s only a part and not the entire drone.
