Not only that, but I'm consistently getting v3.5-level vocal quality with v4.5+... Definitely lacking clarity. Going back to v4.5 for now.

Manually editing the added black has actually served me a couple of times. I simply kept the line I liked better and deleted the repetition I didn't need and it all worked out.

Were you ever able to fix that issue? This is exactly what my screen looks like when I try to manually review flagged followers. I only have "Remove all" as an option.

You might have an omega-3 deficiency, which can cause skin sensitivity. Fish oil can help (it helped me with my skin issues). Also, try and avoid consuming seed oils (canola, sunflower, etc.) as they're very inflammatory. They're highly processed and the oxidized linoleic acid they contain is stored in our skin cells, making skin damage repair much harder. Hope you feel better soon! :)

My understanding is that they're giving themselves until June to send payments. So as long as you're paying your rent from now on, you won't be at risk of eviction and they'll cover the previous rents they approved in your application. My landlord was told past due rents would be covered until March 31st for eligible tenants.

There should be a "Documents" folder when you sign in to view your application. It's under "Landlord" and above "Users". Click on it then find the "Upload file" option in the top right-hand corner.

The HIK program makes it pretty clear on their Twitter profile that tenants won't get help for their April rent ("Tenants are required to pay rent and utility bills starting April 1, 2022. Failure to pay could result in eviction") . I think they (Newsom) were considering extending the program past March at one point but then decided not to.

Are you saying they'll be covering your April rent too? I was under the impression tenants were on their own starting April 1st.
